The ORAKEL Non-Contact Sewer Flow Meter uses non-contact velocity and level sensors to provide accurate wastewater flow measurement.
The ORAKEL Sewer Flow Meter utilizes a non-contact radar liquid flow velocity sensor and a non-contact ultrasonic level sensor to accurately calculate liquid flow.
The radar velocity sensor uses microwave technology to transmit short pulses. These pulses reflect off a moving surface back to the sensor and are analyzed to determine the liquid velocity. Combined with the level sensor data, the ORAKEL flowmeter employs a velocity x area calculation to provide cost-effective flow measurement.
Supplied with a 45° angled mounting bracket for optimum performance and easy installation, the sensor uses radar technology to measure velocity at single or multiple points, depending on the width of the channel.
